Charles E. Turnbull Sworn in as the new President of the
Macomb County Bar Association (MCBA)
Charles E. Turnbull was officially sworn in as the new President of the Macomb County Bar Association (MCBA) on June 3, 2010. Mr. Turnbull will serve as the 82 nd President of MCBA.
The Macomb County Bar Association was established in 1906 and is the third largest voluntary bar association in the state of Michigan with over 1,250 members. The members consist of attorneys, legal assistants and students. The MCBA continuously strives to improve the profession by providing members with networking opportunities, professional development seminars and promoting practice changes. The MCBA also provides public service programs such as the Lawyer Referral Service, the public education legal show, Legally Speaking and Law Day.
Mr. Turnbull is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors with O'Reilly Rancilio P.C. He has served as a member of the Macomb County Bar Association Board of Directors since 1999 and the MCBA Real Property Committee since 2001. Mr. Turnbull also serves as a Trustee and has been a member of the Board of Directors the Macomb County Bar Foundation since 2004. The Macomb County Bar Foundation is a charitable affiliate of the MCBA, whose mission is to identify, initiate and support law related education projects and programs for the better of the community.
