Charles E. Turnbull
Charles E. Turnbull joined O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. as a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors in 1985. He is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School from which he also received a Master of Laws in taxation. His practice focuses on representing businesses, including banking institutions, and individuals on business, tax and estate planning matters.
Mr. Turnbull is active in professional and community activities. He is a former President of the Macomb County Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors of the Macomb County Bar Foundation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Macomb County Veterans Treatment Court. He was also a founding member and remains a board member and officer of the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Macomb, Inc., a non-profit organization of legal and financial professionals. He maintains an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a Michigan Super Lawyer for 2009 – 2012 in the area of corporate law.
