James J. Sarconi
James Sarconi joined the firm's Litigation Practice Group in September of 2005. Jim has focused his practice on bringing cost effective resolution to a wide array of client concerns. Mr. Sarconi has successfully obtained multi-million dollar judgments in commercial banking cases; litigates construction lien cases from the perspective of the secured lender, title insurer, lien claimant and homeowner; routinely litigates commercial claim and delivery actions utilizing injunctive relief to preserve collateral; represents closely held corporations in shareholder oppression actions and general business torts; and represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. James Sarconi was named a 2010 Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine.
