Jeffrey A. Bahorski
In the course of his general counsel duties for the City of Sterling Heights and Village of Armada, Mr. Bahorski regularly attends public meetings to provide guidance on issues of parliamentary procedure and Open Meetings Act compliance. Mr. Bahorski has played an integral role in economic development initiatives, including the formation of the first Corridor Improvement Authority in the State of Michigan. He has represented his municipal clients in the negotiation of labor agreements and provided counsel in labor relations. Mr. Bahorski is responsible for all litigation filed on behalf of or against the City of Sterling Heights. Mr. Bahorski is also Chairperson of the Municipal Practice Group with the Firm.
