Mr. Bartley concentrates his practice in all aspects of real property law, representing sellers and purchasers in complex purchase and sale transactions and representing lending institutions in construction and permanent financing transactions and also in loan workouts. He has extensive experience in title insurance matters and has published articles and has lectured on matters of title insurance coverage. While in law school, he earned an award for excellence in the study of business related courses. He is also an active member of the Real Property Law Committee of the Macomb County Bar Association.
