Lyndsay S. Ott
Lyndsay S. Ott is an associate attorney specializing in creditors' rights, asset recovery, civil and commercial litigation, and municipal law. Ms. Ott obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree, with honors, from the University of Michigan in 2006. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 2009. While at Wayne State University, she served as a note and comment editor for the Wayne State Law Review, a member of the Wayne State Mock Trial Team and a member of the business law society. Ms. Ott is licensed to practice before the Michigan State Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Ms. Ott was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2009. Ms. Ott is also a member of the Macomb County Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. Prior to becoming an associate attorney with O'Reilly Rancilio P.C., Ms. Ott was a law clerk for the firm since 2008.
