Marc D. Kaszubski

Marc joined the Firm in December, 2003. He has trial experience in both state and federal court. His practice encompasses a broad range of transactional and complex multi-party litigation in which he has successfully represented a wide range of clients including individuals, closely held businesses, insurance companies, domestic and foreign Fortune 500 corporations, municipalities and national banking institutions. Marc believes that preparation, responsiveness and objectivity are the keys to success and recently obtained a multi million Judgment in the Genesee County Circuit Court against various individuals and companies involved in mortgage and bank fraud.

Marc is a 2007-2008 Member of Cambridge's Who's Who of Executives and Professionals. He is a former 2005 City of Troy Outstanding Volunteer Award winner and recipient of the 2005 Certificate of Volunteer Appreciation for his continuing volunteer work with the Macomb Community College Law Enforcement Program. He is currently a Trustee of the North Woodward Community Foundation, Chairman of the Legal Committee and member of the Charitable Grant Committee.
