Mr. Bologna recently attended the 2011 Fall Leadership Meeting of the Real Property and Trust and Estate Law Fall Section of the American Bar Association held in Scottsdale, Arizona. The meeting included review of the Section's policies and initiatives, projects, programs and services. The members discussed recent developments in each respective area of law and the future goals and objections for the RPTE.
