Anthony J. Bologna, an associate at O’Reilly Rancilio P.C., recently obtained a 102% jury verdict in favor of his client.
The trial was brought in Oakland County Circuit Court and arose out of Defendant’s refusal to pay Plaintiff. At the conclusion of the four-day jury trial the jury was asked to determine the Quantum Meruit fee owed to Plaintiff. At the close of the trial, Anthony J. Bologna requested the jury return a verdict in favor of Plaintiff for $120,000.00. After four hours of deliberation, the jury found Defendant liable to plaintiff for $122,000.00 plus interest. The jury verdict was double the case evaluation.
