Attorney Craig S. Schoenherr served on the Advisory Board for the Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Conference which took place on November 11, 2009.
The conference addressed topics such as: making your case go smoother with your trustee, case law update, best practices, the problems of high-income debtors, non-bankruptcy alternatives, what mortgage companies are doing now, and fraudulent transfer and preferences.
Craig is the President of the Consumer Bankruptcy Association of Michigan.
