O'Reilly Rancilio P.C. is pleased to announce that two of its attorneys, Lawrence M. Scott and Clark A. Andrews were named to the "Michigan Super Lawyers 2008" list by Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine.
Lawrence M. Scott is a Managing Shareholder and was named Super Lawyer in the Business Litigation Section. He is a 1979 graduate of Detroit College of Law, having earned his BA in Business Administration from Albion College. Larry is a member of the State Bars of Michigan and Florida, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. Larry specializes in Commercial Litigation, Construction, Real Estate, Bank Fraud Recovery and Land Use Development. Larry was a Director for Special Olympics of Michigan from 2000-2006, and continues to participate in the summer Water Warriors' wave-runner trip and he has been active in the Henry Ford Macomb Hospital Ambassador Club since 2005
Clark A. Andrews, Shareholder, named Super Lawyer in the area of Government/ Cities/Municipalities, is a 1974 University of Michigan Law School graduate who earned his B.A. in Multi-Disciplinary Social Science, with high honors, from Michigan State University. Clark is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Supreme Court. His areas of practice include: Real Estate Law, Municipal Law, probate and Estate Planning, Land Use and Development and Contract Law along with community involvement in the Sterling Heights Rotary Club, Sterling Heights Area Chamber of Commerce and Recipient of Award for Service to Youth, Stevenson High School S.O.S. Club.
