Attorney Craig S. Schoenherr is the President of the Consumer Bankruptcy Association of the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Schoenherr attended a meeting at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on January 27, 2010 in an effort to develop a more effective program for individuals who file bankruptcy without the assistance of an attorney. Other attendees included representatives from the Consumer Bar Association, the Bankruptcy Court Advisory Committee, the United States Trustee's Office, the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees, Legal Aid Societies and Law Schools.
