O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. is the largest law firm in Macomb County and the eastern suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. The firm was formed in the mid 1980's and currently consists of 24 attorneys, 3 of counsel, and a support staff of over 35 people.
The firm has a general, diversified practice, with particular emphases in the areas of business planning, commercial transactions, banking, municipal law, school law, and commercial and consumer collections and bankruptcy. The firm maintains an active litigation practice in state and federal courts throughout Michigan.
Clients of our firm include institutional clients, such as national, regional, and community banks and finance companies, closely held and publicly held businesses, municipalities, and school districts. We also provide comprehensive estate planning and administration, real estate, and business services to individuals.
