Clark A. Andrews has been associated with the firm since his graduation from University of Michigan Law School in 1974. Clark has practiced extensively in municipal law, with particular emphasis in the planning and zoning, municipal contracts, telecommunication, and economic development areas. He has served as an assistant city attorney for Sterling Heights since 1974 and an assistant township attorney for Macomb Township since 2013. Clark has also served as a member of the Professional and Education Committee of the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys.

Clark has also represented owners and developers on various matters relating to real estate development, including drafting condominium and subdivision documents, handling planning commission and zoning board administrative hearings and appeals, and tax abatement requests. Further, he practices estate planning/elder/probate and trust law.

Clark maintains an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded attorneys by their peers. He has been honored through inclusion in the Michigan Super Lawyers list in the Government/Cities/Municipalities category. Clark is an active participant in numerous business, community and civic organizations, including the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce & Industry Foundation, the Sterling Heights Rotary Club, the Utica Community Schools Foundation for Educational Excellence, and the Macomb County Bar Association.
