Marc D. Kaszubski joined the Firm in December 2003 and is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors. Marc has wide-ranging experience in the areas of business, municipal, and commercial litigation. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in both state and federal court, including the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he has successfully represented individuals, closely held businesses, insurance companies, domestic and foreign Fortune 500 corporations, municipalities, police officers, and national banking institutions.

Marc was selected for inclusion in Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine in 2013, 2014, and 2015 – this honor requires a high degree of both peer review recognition and professional achievement.
