Melissa Cohen is an associate in the firm’s Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration practice group. Melissa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oakland University in 2011 and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2014. While in law school, Melissa served as a Title Editor for the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review, was named to the Dean’s List, and received a Book Award for the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing and Estates and Trusts. She was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2014. Melissa is licensed to practice before all Michigan State Courts and is also a member of the Macomb County Bar Association.
