Eric Flinn is a widely recognized and respected attorney with expertise in the areas of municipal law, land use and zoning, and real estate law and related litigation. He has served as attorney for various municipalities during his career. He has a number of published decisions in the Michigan Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Eric graduated from the Detroit College of Law in 1978 and is a member of the Macomb and Lapeer County Bar Associations, Past President of the Macomb Trial Lawyers Association, and former co-chair of the first Amendment Liability Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Section on State and Local Government Law. He has also conducted seminars for professionals regarding the Michigan Freedom of Information Act and Open Meetings Act.
