Eric has practiced law for over 15 years, in a variety of settings.  He specializes in complex commercial litigation, business transactions, and vendor disputes.  He has a passion for the inevitable legal issues encountered by businesses.  His experience is broad based, involving matters ranging from representation of a public utility against a multinational construction company, a cargo airline against an aircraft conversion facility, a wax manufacturer against a nationally known food company, and a property leasing company against a Tier 1 automotive supplier. Eric also has experience as in-house counsel at two large companies, including a national fuel distributor with revenues of more than $1 billion. Additionally, he has litigated in cases involving free speech rights (RLUIPA), zoning regulations and non-competition agreements.

Eric is a cantor at Our Lady Star of the Sea, a Cub Scout Leader for Cub Scout Pack 290 in Grosse Pointe Woods, and a frequent patron of Eastern Michigan University sports.
