Robin Yono practices real property Law including real estate and construction transactions. His practice includes commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales, survey, title and zoning issues, environmental issues, due diligence, bank and seller finance, land contracts, investment and management of real estate properties, developments, and holdings. He also handles property tax appeals, landlord-tenant law, and leases for both commercial and residential properties.
Robin also practices in Business and Corporate law in a broad range of legal and business matters, including risk assessment and business transactions. His practice includes advising small and large closely held companies with entity formation and planning, asset planning, business asset sales and stock transfers, commercial financing, business agreements, contracts, and MLCC transactions.
Clients range from individuals, executives, property owners and business owners of shopping centers, hotels, apartment buildings, golf courses, office and medical buildings, manufacturers, suppliers, automotive dealers, restaurants, gas stations, service and retail establishments, insurance companies, franchise owners, to many other small, medium, and large business entities.
Robin is a graduate of Walsh College of Business and Accountancy, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors. He earned his Juris Doctor at Wayne State University Law School in 2000. Robin is a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 2000 in the Business and Real Estate sections. He has been admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan since 2003. He is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association, and Chaldean Bar Association.
