With a particular emphasis on transactional law, Mr. Yono provides legal aid to small businesses and large corporate owners in a broad range of legal and business matters, including risk assessment and business transactions. His practice includes advising closely-held companies with entity formation and planning, asset planning, business asset sales and stock transfers, commercial financing, business agreements, contract review and drafting, and MLCC (Michigan Liquor Control Commission) and MMFLA (Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act) licensing transactions.
Mr. Yono also practices real property law including real estate and construction transactions with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales; survey, title, and zoning issues; environmental matters; due diligence; bank and seller financing; land contracts; investment and management of real estate properties, developments, and holdings. He also handles landlord-tenant law and leases for both commercial and residential properties.

Mr. Yono earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy. He then went on to graduate from Wayne State University Law School.
