With nearly 20 years of experience as one of southeast Michigan’s top business attorneys, Robin Yono, a shareholder at O’Reilly Rancilio, is a sought-after legal advisor for businesses both large and small.

With a particular emphasis on transactional law, Mr. Yono provides legal aid to small businesses and large corporate owners in a broad range of legal and business matters, including risk assessment and business transactions. His practice includes advising closely-held companies with entity formation and planning, asset planning, business asset sales and stock transfers, commercial financing, business agreements, contract review and drafting, and MLCC (Michigan Liquor Control Commission) and MMFLA (Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act) licensing transactions.

Mr. Yono also practices real property law including real estate and construction transactions with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales; survey, title, and zoning issues; environmental matters; due diligence; bank and seller financing; land contracts; investment and management of real estate properties, developments, and holdings. He also handles landlord-tenant law and leases for both commercial and residential properties.

A great listener who is ready to interpret legal matters, Mr. Yono serves as a consultant to people who are new to law and those well-versed in the legal system. Clients include individuals, executives, property owners, and business owners of a range of businesses. Mr. Yono earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy. He then went on to graduate from Wayne State University Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan in the Business and Real Estate sections. He is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, the Macomb County Bar Association, and the Chaldean Bar Association.
