Associate Attorneys

O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. in Sterling Heights has openings for motivated and enthusiastic full-time associate attorneys.

General Associate

The successful applicant will learn a wide variety of substantive law, including areas involving contracts, ordinances, legal opinions, nuisance abatement, planning, zoning, creditor’s rights, litigation, appeals, and involvement in all of the Firm’s practice groups. Significant court time will be an important part of this position. Excellent academic credentials are essential, including exceptional research and writing skills and strong attention to detail. Experience: 0-5 years.

Transactional Law

O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. has an associate attorney opening in its transactional department. Successful applicants will learn a wide variety substantive law, including areas involving corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and employment law. Excellent academic credentials are essential, including exceptional research and writing skills and strong attention to detail. Experience: 0-5 years.

Family Law

O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. has an opening for a motivated associate attorney in its growing family law practice. Exceptional research and writing skills are required. Significant court time will be an important part of this position. Experience: 5-7 years.
