O'Reilly Rancilio's Michigan real estate development attorneys represent developers and builders with respect to developing land for industrial, commercial or residential purposes. Our lawyers counsel clients and draft documents related to the development of commercial, industrial and residential real estate, including, but not limited to assisting in the rezoning of real estate, assisting and counseling clients and preparing documentation for land splits and land combinations to facilitate the development of real estate. We also handle preparing easements to assist in the development of the real estate, drafting declaration of covenants and restrictions related to future construction, operations and use of the real estate, and counseling clients with respect to environmental and wetland issues related to the real estate.
