Donald P. DeNault, Jr., a shareholder of the firm, will be presenting at a seminar presented by Lorman on July 24, 2014. The all-day seminar focuses on everything municipal officials should know about the Freedom of Information Act and the Open Meetings Act. Mr. DeNault will be the exclusive presenter on the Open Meetings Act, covering its history, its requirements, practical issues and case law that has interpreted the Act over the years.
