Donald DeNault to Present at Town Hall on Michigan Marijuana Laws

On May 22, 2019, Donald DeNault will be a panelist and presenter at the Clinton Township Town Hall on Michigan’s Marijuana Laws at 6:30 p.m. at the Clinton-Macomb Public Library. Mr. DeNault, a shareholder of the Firm and member of its board of directors, will focus his segment of the presentation on the impact the marijuana laws in Michigan are having, and will continue to have, on municipalities and their stakeholders.

Mr. DeNault has been a member of the Michigan Municipal League and a local government law practitioner for more than 22 years, specializing in ordinance drafting, FOIA, the Open Meetings Act, contracts, legal opinions, police training, police litigation defense, policy drafting, planning and zoning, ordinance prosecution, student discipline, and most other local government and school law matters.
