John Bartley will lead a discussion about Construction Lending

On October 15, 2015, John Bartley will lead a discussion about Construction Lending at an upcoming Breakfast Roundtable Seminar held by the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan entitled Residential Real Estate - From Land Acquisition to Home Sales. The Seminar will be held at the Townsend Hotel, Birmingham from 7:30am to 9:30am. Several other experts from various practice concentrations and professions will lead other discussions focusing on issues surrounding land acquisition and development, site condominiums, the impact of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on residential sales and conveyances to same-sex spouses.
