Linda McGrail Belau Appointed Interim City Attorney of City of Utica

Linda McGrail BelauThe City of Utica unanimously voted to appoint Linda McGrail Belau, a shareholder at O’Reilly Rancilio P.C., as interim city attorney. Both Ms. McGrail Belau and O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. bring a breadth of experience and expertise to the position. Ms. McGrail Belau was raised in the City of Utica. She served as the Chair of the Utica Charter Revision Commission from 1994 through 1997.  She was also elected to a term on the Macomb County Board of Commissioners, representing Utica, Sterling Heights and Shelby Township in 1996.

She is honored to have the opportunity to give back to this community.


Linda McGrail Belau is a shareholder with O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. and is a highly experienced trial lawyer. She is also experienced with drafting legal documents and advising municipalities and companies with regard to their legal risks, obligations and compliance issues.
