Firm Shareholder, Marc D. Kaszubski, has been named to the Board of Directors of the firm. Marc joined the firm in 2003 and practices in complex commercial litigation matters including corporate disputes, non-competition agreements and trade secrets litigation. Marc is Chairman of the firm's Litigation Practice Group.
