Congratulations to O’Reilly Rancilio attorney Lori Smith, who was recently recognized by the Macomb County Board of Commissioners as an Outstanding Volunteer. She is pictured here with fellow Outstanding Volunteer Denise Mission and District 1 Chair Don Brown.
Lori, who focuses her practice on Family Law, is involved in multiple charitable and nonprofit organizations. She is the President of the Macomb County Bar Association and former President and current Director of the Macomb County Bar Foundation. Lori is the President-elect for the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan Macomb Region.
She’s also the President of the Friends of the Macomb County Veterans’ Treatment Court. She serves on the Advisory Council for the Capuchin Soup Kitchen’s Jefferson House and as an assistant coach for the Sterling Heights Adaptive Softball League. In addition, Lori is active with Miss Amazing, a nonprofit organization that hosts beauty pageants for those with special needs.
The Macomb County Board of Commissioners pays tribute every year to volunteers who have generously contributed their time and energy to make a lasting, positive impact on their community. Commissioners select publically nominated individuals who have made exceptional contributions to Macomb County.
