O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. Welcomes Joseph Ejbeh to the firm

O’Reilly Rancilio P.C. is pleased to announce that Joseph Ejbeh has joined the firm as a partner in the litigation group. Ejbeh joins the firm with almost 30 years of experience. Mr. Ejbeh most recently served as assistant general counsel and managing director of Talmer Bank where he worked extensively with the bank’s special asset group (SAG) department on troubled loans. Mr. Ejbeh specializes in banking litigation, complex commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, municipal and insurance defense and other matters. Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Ejbeh was an officer of the U.S. Treasury, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Ejbeh received a B.A. from the University of Detroit with Summa Cum Laude distinction. He also received JD from University of Detroit School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review. He is active in the community and participates in numerous organizations including the Macomb County Bar Association, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association.
