Three O’Reilly Rancilio Attorneys Appointed as Assistant Attorney Generals for Michigan Land Bank

Linda McGrail Belau, Keith C. Jablonski and Nathan D. Petrusak of the firm have been appointed as Assistant Attorney Generals for the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.

The Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority is designed to promote economic growth in the state through the acquisition, assembly and disposal of public property in an effort to facilitate and foster community development. The Land Bank oversees all properties which are foreclosed upon for delinquent taxes and has a strong commitment toward eliminating blight in the State of Michigan. As Assistant Attorney Generals for the Land Bank, Mrs. McGrail Belau, Mr. Jablonski and Mr. Petrusak will represent the state agency in various quiet title actions and other related actions in court.

Mrs. McGrail Belau, Mr. Jablonski and Mr. Petrusak join Lawrence M. Scott of the firm, who was appointed as an Assistant Attorney General for the Michigan Land Bank in 2011.
