Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multiphased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

In addition, three O'Reilly Rancilio attorneys have been selected as Michigan Rising Stars for 2013:

The 2013 list of Michigan Super Lawyers and Rising Stars was published in September in a special advertising supplement in The New York Times reaching over 110,000 Michigan readers and in Michigan Super Lawyers and Rising Stars magazine. The annual Michigan Super Lawyers list honors Michigan's top lawyers based on surveys of more than 39,100 active attorneys across the state. The final list of Super Lawyers is estimated to be only 5 percent of Michigan's licensed attorneys and no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
