Lori K. Smith, a resident of Macomb County, has joined the O’Reilly Rancilio legal team as a shareholder. Smith joins the firm’s Litigation and Disputes practice group where she focuses her practice on Family Law.
Smith, who was previously employed at a law firm outside of Macomb County, is thrilled to work in the area where she grew up and still calls home. After graduating from Utica High School in 1996, Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Walsh College and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Smith is the President-Elect of the Macomb County Bar Association and Director of the Macomb County Bar Foundation. She is the Secretary for the Friends of the Macomb County Veterans’ Treatment Court and also serves as Secretary of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan Macomb Chapter. She also serves on the Advisory Council for the Capuchin Soup Kitchen Jefferson House and as an assistant coach for the Sterling Heights Adaptive Softball League. In addition, Lori is involved with Miss Amazing, a nonprofit organization that hosts beauty pageants for those with special needs.
