Probate and Trust Administration

Probate In Michigan

The probate and trust administration attorneys at O'Reilly Rancilio frequently represent personal representatives, conservators, and guardians in connection with the administration of the estates of deceased or protected individuals. During this representation, our attorneys utilize trained and experienced paralegals and legal assistants to reduce the legal fees and costs of administration, which can otherwise become overly costly.

Trust Administration

The use of trusts (both revocable and irrevocable trusts) has become much more commonplace for individuals and families of various means over the past several decades, as trusts often allow the transfer of assets at death from one generation to another more quickly and expeditiously and without the need for probate court. Our southeast Michigan trust attorneys represent trustees in connection with the administration of trust estates and assets upon death or disability of the trust's creator or grantor.

As with the probate process, our attorneys use trained and experienced paralegals and legal assistants to reduce the legal fees and costs of administration, which can otherwise become overly costly.
