Angelo D’Agostini is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation and business law practice groups. Mr. D’Agostini focuses his litigation practice on shareholder disputes and breaches of contract, while his transactional practice focuses on real estate matters and business entity formation, merger, acquisition, and dissolution.
Mr. D’Agostini graduated from DePaul University College of Law with certification in business law. While in law school, Mr. D’Agostini served as the executive editor of Volume 72 of the DePaul Law Review and as a student attorney for the DePaul Business Law Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Mr. D’Agostini served as a visiting researcher for the Rome, IT and Brussels, BE based think tank L’Istituto per la Competitività (I-Com) where he researched and offered solutions to southern-Italy’s antiquated digital infrastructure and adaption. Mr. D’Agostini is fluent in Italian.
Mr. D’Agostini is a Michigan and Illinois licensed attorney, and he is authorized to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to joining O’Reilly Rancilio P.C., Mr. D’Agostini practiced in Chicago, Illinois as a construction defense attorney representing some of the largest real estate developers in the country. Mr. D’Agostini is also a Michigan-licensed real estate broker who specializes in the representation of residential and commercial property owners and general contractors.
