We assist clients with negotiating complex lease issues related to maintenance responsibilities of the landlord and tenant, common area maintenance charges, options to purchase, exclusivity of use clauses, lender subrogation and nondisturbance clauses, co-tenancy clauses including anchor tenants or other tenants, and insurance obligations of the parties.
