
Keith Jablonski, a tough commercial litigator, represents individuals and institutional clients with all business disputes. A shareholder with O’Reilly Rancilio and a trial lawyer, Mr. Jablonski has won multiple cases involving contract matters, real estate disputes, construction issues, and more.
Although he’s versed in all types of commercial litigation, Mr. Jablonski has a particular interest in fighting for business owners who disagree about the ownership of their privately-held companies. He has represented majority and minority owners in these cases, offering solutions that resolve this common problem in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

A Macomb County native, Mr. Jablonski graduated from De La Salle Collegiate High School in 1992. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1996 and his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University in 2000. He was admitted to the Michigan State Bar the same year.
Mr. Jablonski is licensed to practice before all Michigan State Courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Macomb and Oakland County Bar Associations. DBusiness Magazine named Mr. Jablonski to their Top Lawyers in Metro Detroit list.
In his free time, Mr. Jablonski, who is married and has three children, enjoys coaching youth football, baseball, and softball. He’s an active volunteer with the St. Lawrence Catholic Community, the Polish Century Club of Utica, and the Polish American Legal Society.
